This review is not about William Cowper's poetry but the production of this book. Outside of Cowper's poetry, the production quality of this book is not very good.
The poems seem to be jammed together, some start at the bottom of a page. The font and margins make this look like the "publisher" simply cut and pasted the entire text in this book.
